Pinot Gris Morris Bench
Based on the William Morris Original Design, this is a Morris chair for two. The Mortise and tenon jointed Oak frame is meant to last for centuries and form part of the antiques of tomorrow.
Design features
- The back rest has 3 adjustable settings for comfort versatility.
- The seat cushion is slanted towards the back of the chair to provide optimal seat comfort and to prevent the seat cushion from sliding forward.
Material
Reclaimed barrel Oak from 225l and 300l brandy and red wine barrels. The radial grain of the quarter split barrel oak is visible particularly on the arms of the Pinot Gris bench.
Finish
- Natural Oak penetrating poly wax finish. This finish brings out the natural colour of the wood and highlights the wine stains and toasting tints which is characteristic of the red wine barrels.

Upholstery
The seat cushion can be covered in Leather or fabric. Click here to view available upholstery options. The filling is high density foam.
