Alvarinho Tub Chair
The Alvarinho chair is a tub chair with slatted back and arms and an upholstered seat cushion. The curved wooden slats makes the Alvarinho a very comfortable and elegant occasional chair; perfect for bedrooms, studies, lounges or even dining rooms. It is an compact alternative to the Zinfandel Morris chair.
Material
Reclaimed barrel Oak from 225l and 300l brandy and red wine barrels. The radial grain of the quarter split barrel oak is visible particularly on the curved slats of the back and arms.
Finish
- Natural Oak penetrating poly wax finish. This finish brings out the natural colour of the wood and highlights the wine stains and toasting tints which is characteristic of the red wine barrels.
- Stained in your choice of woodfinish.

Upholstery
The seat cushion can be covered in Leather or fabric. Click here to view available upholstery options. The filling is high density foam.
